Our team have been working hard to perfect the curing process, to bring you the tastiest Salt Beef. It’s a chef favourite that oozes flavour & is a total joy! Boil, cook or steam in your seasoning of choice, then carve your juicy beef & create some epic, loaded sandwiches, bagels and baguettes!

Our PGI Welsh Beef Silverside cut is the perfect match for our Salt beef & can be served either hot or cold. The joint will be securely delivered to you frozen should you wish to place into the freezer for a later date or defrost directly we are sure that you will be delighted with the result. Your joint will arrive in a ready to cook bag so that you can place the bag directly into boiling water and simmer for 2 hours or a long cook in a slow cooker to eat hot with some or place in a refrigerator overnight and consume within 3 days.
Please note, due to the nature of this joint, size and shape may vary. Joint will arrive FROZEN, with instructions for cooking.
