Our GI Welsh Beef Silverside cut is the perfect match for our Salt beef & can be served either hot or cold. The pack will be securely delivered to you frozen should you wish to place into the freezer for a later date or defrost directly we are sure that you will be delighted with the result. Your pack will arrive with approx 9-10 slices in a ready to eat bag, keep refrigerated, once opened consume with in 24 hours.
Please note, due to the nature of this product, size and shape of slices may vary. Pack will arrive FROZEN.
