Recipe serves 2 people


  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 12 baby plum tomatoes
  • 2 precooked beetroot
  • 1 slice white bread
  • 1 packet feta cheese
  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 100ml Caesar salad dressing
  • 2 small tortilla wraps
  • 40g Trailhead BBQ Beef Jerky

How to cook

  1. Slice and wash the romaine lettuce place in a large bowl
  2. Cut the plum tomatoes in half
  3. Dice the beetroot and feta cheese
  4. Cut the bread into cubes crouton size then place in the oven to crisp dry
  5. Peel and dice the avocado
  6. Add the tomatoes, beetroot, feta cheese and bread crouton to the lettuce add the Caesar dressing and mix together
  7. Chop the BBQ beef jerky and add to the salad

To serve

Place the tortilla wrap on the plate then arrange the salad on top roll the wrap.
